Born in San Daniele del Friuli (UD) in 1970, Lorenzo Gubian graduated in Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan.
After having gained various experiences in the field of ICT in healthcare, in 2016 he became General Director of the Arsenàl.IT Consortium (Veneto Center for Research and Innovation for Digital Healthcare).
He has coordinated several important process digitalization projects, with significant experience in both the procurement and implementation phases.
He also held the role of ICT and Digital Agenda Director of the Veneto Region.
Since October 2020 he has been General Director of Aria Spa and since January 2022 he has assumed the role of Vice President of Assinter Italia, the Association that declares companies from Regions and Autonomous Provinces, Local Authorities and various central public bodies working in the ICT sector for the Public Administration according to the “in house provision” model.
