Admiral, Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, General Command of the Italian Coast Guard (Corps of the Port Captaincies)
Admiral Officer of the Italian Coast Guard, actually serving at Italian Coast guard Head Quarter in Rome as Head of the Administration, Accounting and Logistics Department.
Since 2025 he has also held the role of Focal Point of the General Command for underwater infrastructure issues, with numerous presentations at conferences and workshops as a Speaker.
Having joined the Maritime Administration in 1992, he worked in various national maritime authorities, at the Cabinet Office of the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport (2012-2016) and at the General Command as Coordinator of the Staff Offices and Assistant to the General Commander (2017 – 2023).
A law graduate, he is licensed to practice law and obtained a specialization in transport economics and policy at “La Sapienza” University of Rome.
