  Strengthening the European Union’s ability to develop and consolidate technological autonomy in strategic sectors such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data centers, cybersecurity, High Performance Computing (HPC), and the digital euro. How can Europe fully implement its flagship initiatives on technological sovereignty—from the Chips Act 2.0 to the Cloud and AI Development Act, and the European Open Source Strategy—while safeguarding the single market, business competitiveness, and innovation?   How can the Digital Networks Act and the EU Space Act be leveraged to create a simpler and more effective regulatory framework that encourages investment in telecommunications networks, satellite connectivity, and submarine infrastructure? What further measures can strengthen the competitiveness and resilience of Europe’s digital infrastructure?
• Italy and Europe Leading the New Space Race
  Italy and Europe, including through partnerships with NASA, at the forefront of the new era of space exploration and innovation.
• Startups and Investors
  Proposals for an innovation-friendly regulatory framework that incentivizes investment in technology, inspired by the success of Silicon Valley, along with recommendations to strengthen the EU Inc. (28th Regime) proposal and accelerate the growth of startups and scaleups.
• Startup Showcase
  Presentation of five startups selected from twenty applicants. The selected companies will pitch their projects to a qualified audience of investors, entrepreneurs, venture capital firms, investment funds, and other key stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem.
• Digital Public Administration
  The evolution of Italy’s digital public services—including the IO App with IT Wallet, SEND, CIE ID, age verification for social media and child protection, and the Electronic Health Record. Is Italy becoming a model for Europe?
• Digital Health, Data Platforms, and Interoperability under the European Health Data Space (EHDS)
  Use cases and showcases demonstrating how AI and digital technologies can address real healthcare challenges through interoperable health data.
